We believe in elevating cocktails into a culinary experience by putting as much care and attention into making your drinks as a chef would into preparing a dish.

Our menu consists of classic cocktails made with a twist of market-fresh ingredients, and also features a list of concoctions that use fruits and vegetables as they come into season– be it Spring, Summer, Autumn or Winter. Once in a while, we will be inspired by things we find that day in the market and offer a ‘Market-Fresh Special’. Just ask our staff about it!

Our most exciting offering is our 8-seater, reservations-only bar area. Here, we turn the traditional Prix-Fixe menu on its head. You can pick your appetiser, main and dessert, except the centre of each course is the cocktail, and it is paired with a nibble of food. Every drink is experimental and experiential, guaranteeing a wow-factor and a visual journey. The menu changes every 8 weeks, depending on seasonality, new themes, as well as collaborations.

Victoria Chow

FOUNDER / MANAGING DIRECTOR

Before founding The Woods, Victoria was involved in brand management and marketing for over six years. She has worked in a wide range of roles providing advice to clients regarding event production, brand identity consulting, social media marketing and public relations.

She manages The Woods and plays a key role in marketing, menu development and event customisation. In addition, all the photographs on this website and on The Woods Facebook page are her work!

She was recently named Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia for her pioneering approach to drink concepts. Victoria and her team have been awarded for their top mixologists as well as for being “Most Creative Cocktail Bar”.

Victoria believes in "taking an educated sip." She strives to connect the dots between spirit producers and consumers by working with brands and distilleries to better understand consumer markets, leverage experiences, social media, and visual content. She also now focuses on writing syllabuses and hosting tasting/appreciation sessions in order to elevate the understanding of and appreciation for the spirits craft.

Alex spent his past life working at and managing high-volume clubbing giant Privé. He now looks after The Woods' day-to-day operations and heads up our cocktails R&D, and is your go-to man for any questions or concerns!
