OMEGA SEAMASTER
For a unique interactive experience in theme with the nautical event, our staff introduced guests to the properties and uses of a variety of salts such as Himalayan Pink, Black Lava, and Fleur de Sel.
Continuing with the sea salt theme, our expert mixologists made margaritas but allowed guests to design their own salt rims such as ones with lime zest or dried hibiscus flakes.
HOUSE OF MADISON
HENNESSY XO
Specially designed canapé display table inspired by the Seven Worlds created by Ridley Scott to showcase the flavour profiles of the Cognac. Each section features a canapé that pairs with a tasting note.
As an example, one of the ‘worlds’ emphasises the honey notes of the XO so we sourced a full honeycomb and slowly let the honey drip onto the Fig tarts in an edible landscape that resembled the alien world in the short film.
